This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies this website uses, what each is for and how to control them. We keep the list short on purpose: the site works without tracking, and nothing non-essential loads until you accept it.

01

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies (local storage, session storage and pixels) serve comparable purposes. Where this policy says 'cookies', it covers all of them.

02

Strictly necessary

These make the site function and cannot be switched off through our banner. They store your cookie preference, protect forms against cross-site request forgery, and maintain security and load balancing. They set no advertising identifiers and are not used to profile you.

  • cits_consent: records your cookie choices. Duration: 12 months.
  • cits_csrf: protects form submissions. Duration: session.
03

Analytics

Set only if you accept analytics cookies. They tell us which pages are read, how people arrive and where journeys break, in aggregate. We configure IP anonymisation and do not use these for advertising.

  • Product analytics: aggregate page views, referrers and journeys. Duration: up to 13 months.
  • Performance monitoring: real-user timing data such as load and interaction latency. Duration: session.
04

Functional

Set only if you accept functional cookies. They remember preferences such as a reduced-motion choice, and support embedded scheduling for discovery calls. If you decline them, embedded scheduling is replaced with a plain link.

05

Advertising

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website, and we do not participate in real-time bidding or data brokerage.

06

Third parties

Some pages embed third-party content such as video or scheduling widgets. When you interact with embedded content, the provider may set its own cookies under its own policy. We load these providers only after you have accepted the relevant category.

07

Managing cookies

You can change your choices at any time from the cookie preferences link in the site footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; every major browser offers per-site controls. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.

Most browsers also offer a Global Privacy Control signal. Where we receive one, we treat it as a refusal of non-essential cookies.
